All goods will usually be dispatched within 1-4 weeks of receipt of payment.

Any delays on our part will be advised as soon as possible before the expected dispatch date.

It is your responsibility to be reasonably available to accept delivery.

Our delivery company will attempt delivery on two occasions before returning goods back to us.

You may be asked to pay additional postage costs for re-delivery.

Business orders via invoice require payment within 30 days of delivery.

Interest may be charged on overdue accounts.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your order is delivered.

You may be liable to pay the return postage.

Returned items must be repacked in the original packaging - after we have received the item/s we will process a refund.

Returns & Refund Policy

This clause only applies if you are a consumer. If you are a consumer based within the European Union you have a legal right to cancel the order between you and us within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason.

Please note that if you are a consumer the cancellation right does not apply and no refunds will be given in the case of Bespoke Goods (Products specifically personalised and/or tailored to your specifications) unless there is a manufacturing defect or the products are not as described.

There is no cancellation right in relation to Commercial Orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or the products are not as described.

Responsibility for inspecting the products upon delivery rests solely with you. You shall examine the products upon delivery and shall promptly (in any event within 14 days of delivery) notify us of any apparent damage, defect or shortages. We shall act promptly to resolve the issues. Your failure to notify us otherwise within 14 days of delivery will result in you being deemed to have accepted the products. After acceptance you shall not be entitled to reject the products in return for a refund.

The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you (or a third party acting on your behalf) take physical possession of the products you ordered. When you order multiple products in one order or a product is delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day you (or a third party acting on your behalf) takes physical possession of the last product or part whichever is applicable, that makes up your order. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of your right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.

To cancel the contract you just need to let us know that you have decided to cancel.

If you are emailing us or writing to us please include details of your order to help us to identify it. If you send us your cancellation notice by email or by post, then your cancellation is effective from the date you send us the e-mail or post the letter to us.  

If you cancel your order we will:

  • Refund you the price you paid for the products provided the products are returned in the same condition as delivered to you and have not been used. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the products.

If you decide to cancel your order because:

  • You have decided you no longer want the product / do not like the product

Then you may be asked to pay postage for returning the item.

You may not be liable for a full refund - delivery charges may not be returned.

We will refund you using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. Please note that unless the products are faulty or were not delivered as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

In the event of faulty or mis-described products please notify us within 14 days of delivery and we will (subject to confirmation of the fault), exchange the products or refund you in full. Products will be exchanged without incurring a collection and re-delivery charge. Please note that we shall not be liable if you continue to use the products or if you attempt to alter or repair the Products without our written consent.

If you have returned the products to us because they are faulty or mis-described, we will refund the price of the products in full, together with any applicable delivery charges, and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the products to us. As a consumer, you will always have legal rights in relation to products that are faulty or not as described. These legal rights are not affected by your right of return and refund in this clause or anything else in these terms.

If a product has been delivered to you before you decide to cancel your contract:

  • Then you must return it to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days after the day on which you let us know that you wish to cancel the contract. You can either send it back at your own cost or if we have offered to collect the product from you, we will collect the products from the address to which they were delivered. We will contact you to arrange a suitable time for collection;
  • Unless the product is faulty or not as described you will be responsible for the cost of returning the products to us.

Dropshipping terms & conditions

This clause only applies if you are a Trade Customer. If you are a Trade Customer
based within the European Union you have a legal right to cancel the order between
you and us within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. These terms apply to
all Trade Customers of the site.
Failure to follow these conditions at any time will result in the permanent
termination of your Trade Account with us.
We reserve the right to refuse our services to anyone at any given time without
reason.
You must also follow our Terms & Conditions, Privacy, Billing and Returns Policy.

Billing & Returns

-Before we send out any Products to your customer, we must receive, from you, the
full amount of what is due. We will not fulfil any orders with the promise of payment
at a later time. On occasion, we may require a deposit amount. If this is the case, the
remaining balance is due on the day of dispatch.
-You must give your customers a window of 30 days only to return Products that they
do not like or no longer want. If a customer wishes to return Products that they have
decided they do not like or no longer want, they are responsible for returning the
Products to: Unit 14 Bartlett Park, Gazelle Road, Lynx Trading Estate, BA20 2PJ, Yeovil,
Somerset, United Kingdom. All returned Products must arrive in their original
packaging within 30 days of receiving them. If the Products are returned safely, in
the condition they were dispatched in, the value of the Products will only be
refunded. Shipping will not be refunded. If a Product arrives damaged, the refunded
amount will reflect any damage caused.
-If your customer receives a damaged Product, we will only be responsible if we have
sent the Products directly to your customer. In this case, we will pay for the damaged
goods to be returned to us immediately after the case is raised and will send out a
replacement Product or issue a full refund. If you have bought the Products from us,
shipped them to your own address and then shipped the Products to your customer,
you will be responsible for the damaged goods. You will need to pay for any postage
fees incurred and we will not be held accountable for the damaged goods.
-Our regular billing and returns terms and conditions apply to all consumers
including trade customers.

Protection of Property

-Our Products are made by us, here in the United Kingdom. You can not claim to
your customers that any drop shipped goods are; designed, made or manufactured
by you or your business.
-You may not change the given name of any of our products unless agreed upon by
us.
-You must ensure all information on the product listing is correct and to the best of
your knowledge.
-Under no circumstance are you allowed to copy, reproduce or exploit any of our
Products without express written permission by us.
-You agree to not use any of our Intellectual Property, including text, images, logos,
as well as the compilation thereof, without express written permission by us. This
content is protected by copyright and laws that protect intellectual property and
proprietary rights.

Updates & Amendments

● Right to Update: UK Wainh Ltd reserves the right to update, amend, or modify
these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
● Notification of Changes: Any updates or amendments to these terms and
conditions will be communicated through a notice on our website, by email to
the contact information provided by trade customers, or through other
appropriate means. It is the responsibility of trade customers to periodically
review these terms and conditions for changes.
● Effective Date: Any changes to these terms and conditions will become
effective immediately upon posting on our website unless otherwise specified
in the notice.
● Acceptance of Amendments: By continuing to use our services or maintain
your trade account after any amendments, you agree to be bound by the
updated terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the updated terms and
conditions, you must discontinue your use of our services and notify us of your
decision to close your trade account.
● Review Period: We recommend that trade customers regularly review these
terms and conditions to stay informed about any updates or amendments
that may affect their rights and obligations
